How to attract more visitors to your stand?
- Send the electronic invitation provided by the event. This will give your customers free and queue-free access to the show. See instructions in the following section.
- Insert a trade fair banner on your website as a reminder of your presence at the event.
- Communicate in your newsletters your participation in the fair and the activities you have planned during the event.
- Insert your trade fair and stand information in your email signature footer.
- Insert a review of the fair in your advertisement in specialised media.
Iberflora offers electronic invitations, with the aim of facilitating free entry to its customers.
If you wish to use this tool, just send us the logo of your firm to the following email: czahonero@feriavalencia.com
You will receive an email in HTML format (from the email eurobrico@feriavalencia.com) with your name or logo, which you can forward to your customers, so that they can register on the website and obtain the free tickets. Attention: Do not confuse with other types of invitations sent by the show or other exhibitors.
You will be able to edit this email, before sending it, but always respecting the link of the INVITATION.
Inform your customers and potential customers of your trade fair presence.

- Send us your news to be published in the press kit, which is delivered to all national and international media.
- Please send us the agenda of your events during the fair.
- Mention in the press releases your company sends to the media that you will be exhibiting at Eurobrico so that your potential customers know how to meet you.

- Please fill in the details of the clients you wish to invite, a maximum of 10, in order of importance, bearing in mind that they will be selected at the organisation’s discretion.
- The guest’s contact e-mail address is essential.
- The deadline for submitting contacts is 15 July or until full availability.
- It is important to specify the name and identification of the guest in order to attract buyers with purchasing power. We will not accept proposals from delegates and representatives of the companies themselves.
