In order to download the Exhibitor and Parking Cards it will be necessary to have made all the payments corresponding to the stand and services and/or to hand in the corresponding receipts.
Passes shall be issued in the name of the Company.

For the delivery or dispatch of the Exhibitor Assembly Passes , it will be necessary to have made the corresponding payment for the stand and/or to hand over the corresponding receipts.

Attention: Please note that decorators or assemblers must apply for assembly passes directly to the Assembly Office and must present the TC-2 or the ITA (last receipt for self-employed), the company’s fiscal data and the project of the stand to be assembled, as well as making the payment of the Assembly Fee for decorating and assembly companies.

Once you have finishedsetting up and dismantling your stand, you must leave the venue in the same condition in which you found it. If the exhibitor does not request the Waste Removal Service and waste appears on their stand or adjacent aisles, Feria Valencia will invoice the exhibitor for the cost of removal with a surcharge of 25%.
We strongly recommend that you make your hotel reservation as soon as possible, given the large number of exhibitors and visitors that will be in Valencia on these dates.
