The 47th edition of Iberflora and the 10th edition of Eurobrico have opened its doors on Wednesday under a great business environment and an important influx of foreign buyers who come to the contest to know the innovations of the sector that the 700 exhibiting firms have prepared for this occasion. The Director-General for Rural Development and Common Agricultural Policy, Maria Teresa Chafer, has been in charge of opening the exhibition with the President of Feria Valencia, José Vicente González.
The programme of attracting foreign buyers has managed to attract professionals from a total of 23 countries including Germany, Belgium, Ivory Coast, Denmark, France, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Morocco, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland, through the organization of concerted trade missions with large European DIY and gardening groups.
Iberflora presents a complete offer of gardening and landscaping companies as well as florist suppliers. In this edition, the exhibition has been expanded with a new space for logistics and transport, who has been met with great success on his first day. During its first day the Iberflora Cup of Floral Art has already begun, organized by AEFI, as well as the different days that are received each year with great anticipation by the sector.
On the other hand, Eurobrico presents in its commercial exhibition more than half a hundred novelties from all sectors represented in the exhibition, as painting, Tools, gardening, furniture, home or electricity, and that are on display in the News Wayway. In addition, the Eurobrico Forum conference programme; THE DIY solidarity workshops and the new spaces that the contest has launched in this edition, – Connected Home, Inventors Pitch, as well as the Space Point of Sale "Ideas to improve your hardware store"- have brought together a large crowd and have received an excellent reception from the professionals who attended the event today.
Both competitions will close their doors at Feria Valencia on Friday 5 October.
The Greenest Night
The Greenest Night was, for the third year, the best preamble to the celebration of Iberdrola, Coinciding, in this edition, with the celebration of the 10th Anniversary of Eurobrico. An event, increasingly consolidated that brought together about a thousand professionals from the sector who enjoyed in a pleasant atmosphere an ideal celebration to start the business days of the three days of Feria.
