It is very important that you consult this information, as you will find everything you may need for set-up, celebration and dismantling.

- Exhibitors: Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30h to 18:30h. Thursday from 8:30h to 17:00h.
- Visitors: Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30h to 18:30h. Thursday from 9:30h to 17:00h.
Assembly:
Feria Valencia cannot be held responsible for any loss or misplacement during this assembly period.
Stand assembly may begin on 16 September from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., subject to payment of all expenses incurred for their participation (see ⇓ calendar for working days). Assembly of the pre-decorated stands will begin on the same day.
In order to gain access to the site, exhibitors must request assembly passes in advance by emailing oficinamontajes@feriavalencia.com. ⇓ Application.
Exhibitor passes can be downloaded via the SERVICE PORTAL with the ACCESS CREDENTIALS you will have received by email.
Exhibitor parking will be located on Level 3 Hall 6 for the duration of the exhibition, one free of charge per company included, you can apply for it using the form, ⇓ Application. Additional parking spaces can be requested via the Service Portal (Exhibitor Portal).
The maximum height allowed for the assembly of stands is 5m.
Vehicles will be allowed to enter until 14:00 on 30 September. On the same day, all assembly work must be completed and all goods to be exhibited must be brought in.
From 14:00 hours on 30 September, the day before the opening of the fair, vehicles will NOT be allowed to enter the exhibition site, nor will stand assembly work. The goods may be placed on the stand until 22:00h, and the goods may be brought in by hand truck.
The venue will be closed at 22:00h and the hall will continue to be cleaned. On this day, access will only be allowed, during the established hours, with the exhibitor’s pass (see calendar).
In the event that the exhibitor has not requested the Waste Removal Service, but there is waste in its location, FERIA VALENCIA will invoice the cost of the containers necessary for their removal, with a 25% surcharge.
Dismantling:
Feria Valencia is not responsible for any loss or misplacement during this dismantling period.
If you have ordered pre-decoration, you must leave it as it was delivered. You may not drill holes in the melamine panels or aluminium profiles. If you apply vinyl, it must be removed without leaving any marks on the panels.
Thursday 3
From 17:15h to 22:00h
Exit of samples from the stands, only through the side doors of the halls, by personnel identified with the corresponding pass.
Vehicles are not allowed inside the halls; it is recommended that items that are not to be removed immediately from the stands are packed and that a responsible person remains on the stand until the end of the goods-out timetable.
Friday 4
From 8:00h to 20:00h
Vehicles may enter the hall in order to remove goods and materials.
Saturday 5 and Sunday 6
From 8:00h to 20:00h
The decoration of the stands will be dismantled.
For the removal of goods only the Exhibitor or Assembly Pass must be presented. It is an essential condition that all payments due for the event have been made.
Dismantling work must be completed by Sunday 6 October at 20:00h, and the site must be left completely empty and clean.
At the end of this dismantling period, the pavilion will be cleaned, assuming that the material (boards, catalogues, platforms, etc.) left on the stands is useless and of no value to its owner (in this case, cleaning costs will be charged to the exhibitor).), which may be left on the stands is unusable and of no value to the owner (in this case, cleaning costs will be charged to the exhibitor). If your stand is left assembled, you will be charged for the cost of dismantling it.
REMEMBER that it is strictly forbidden to dismantle your stand before the closing of the exhibition.

Once the assembly and dismantling of the facilities has been completed, the exhibitor must leave the premises in the same condition as when it was found, as well as the adjacent walkways. To be taken into account
Vehicles must not remain parked in the loading and unloading areas (perimeter road and inside the pavilion) once the loading and unloading has finished, and must be removed immediately.
Vehicles should not be parked at any gate except for immediate unloading.
All damage caused to the facilities of Feria Valencia contracted services (pre-decoration, furniture, etc…), will be claimed from the exhibitor, who will be responsible for the payment of said damage, even if caused by the decorators or other persons contracted by the exhibitor.

INTRODUCTION
The purpose of these assembly and dismantling regulations is to facilitate the assembly and dismantling operations of the stands for the different fairs/events that FERIA VALENCIA holds throughout the year at its fairgrounds, as well as to guarantee the conservation and proper use of the facilities on the premises.
The following rules are established, compliance with which benefits all those involved, both in the work of decorating and preparing the stands of the firms that attend, as well as the firms exhibiting at the various fairs and event organisers.
The terms and conditions of contract for organised exhibitions/events can be found in the general rules of participation. All exhibitors tacitly accept the general rules of participation and the regulations of the exhibition management and the management of the Technical Department upon registration.
The organiser of an event/event must submit a description of the event, as well as a list of all the activities that need to be carried out during the duration and set-up and dismantling of the event for approval.
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THIS INFORMATION BE SENT TO THE COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STAND ASSEMBLY.
All exhibitors/event organisers participating in the free floor/event modality, or carrying out any work on the existing pre-decoration, must send to the following e-mail address: personalmontajes@feriavalencia.com, a sketch of the floor plan and elevation, a layout plan of their space indicating the location of decorative elements, machinery and weights, etc., and of those elements whose height exceeds 3 m in height.
Without the approval of Feria Valencia’s Technical Area of the aforementioned sketches, assembly cannot begin.
NO ASSEMBLY MAY COMMENCE WITHOUT THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE LAYOUT PLAN.
PREREQUISITES FOR THE START OF WORK – PRE-ASSEMBLY PERIOD:
• In order to start the assembly work, the exhibitor must have paid 100% of the floor/space contracted.
• The exhibitor/decorator/assembler must have paid the assembly fee.
• The assembling company and/or the assembler must send it personally, by mail: oficinamontajes@feriavalencia.com o por fax: 963861307 the following DOCUMENTATION to the Mounting Office:
- Company name, details of the person responsible for the company, including contact information.
- Plan and elevation drawing with measurements for approval, endorsement and stamping.
- Photocopy of each worker’s ID card
- Copy of the last RNT (formerly TC2) of the company where each worker who is going to access the site is listed, Social Security registration or the last receipt for self-employed workers.
The Assembly Office will inform you that all the requirements are correct and we will send you the assembly/disassembly passes via email. You will be able to take the passes with you, either printed or on your mobile phone.

Access during Assembly and Dismantling / Catering during the Fai
During set-up and dismantling, free parking will be provided for cars and vans in different pavilions of the fairgrounds (parking map).
In the event that unloading is necessary, access for these vehicles to the perimeter of the pavilions will be subject to a €50 deposit in cash, which will be returned, provided that parking does not exceed the established maximum time limit of 1 hour.
This deposit will also be applicable during the days of the event for the access of catering, cleaning or maintenance vehicles, although, in this case, the parking time will be 2 hours.

If the vehicle bringing the goods to the stand does not have the unloading system incorporated, the service must be contracted in advance through:

You can also ask the same company to store the goods and then unload them at the stand, agreeing the date on which a responsible person will be present.
Feria Valencia is not responsible for the goods deposited on the stand.
